News Year Eve

Why not celebrate New Year’s Eve in comfort this year and see out the old year with a variety of culinary highlights, time for long walks in our beautiful region, and a good book in front of the fireplace? You’ll start the new year feeling refreshed and full of energy.

The New Year’s Happiness package is available from December 28, 2025, to January 2, 2026. During this period, we will pamper you from A to Z:

With five nights in your favorite room, including our daily Nature’s Delight breakfast buffet, of course. On the day of arrival, we will serve you a winter welcome cocktail and a four-course meal in our restaurant. On December 29, we will meet in the afternoon for a cozy get-together around the fire pit in our courtyard, with fresh waffles, mulled wine, and punch. In the evening, Stubenmusik will play during the four-course meal. On the evening of December 30, an Austrian buffet awaits you.

We celebrate the turn of the year together with a five-course New Year’s Eve menu, a hearty midnight snack, and a glass of Crémant rosé. There will also be a small fireworks display at midnight.

On New Year’s Day, we will welcome 2026 with sweet and savory treats at a Prosecco breakfast until 11:30 a.m. Our time together will conclude with the traditional New Year’s veal schnitzel dinner.

As a four-star hotel, we naturally offer the perfect setting for your New Year’s Eve at Lake Chiemsee, even beyond the culinary delights. In addition to numerous opportunities for sporting activities such as winter hiking, cross-country skiing, and tobogganing, our region also offers cozy, warm retreats such as the Rupertus Therme. In our own small wellness area, you will find a Finnish sauna and infrared cabin, a steam bath, a barefoot path, and relaxation areas. Nearby are the world cultural city of Salzburg, the Inn-Salzach city of Burghausen, and the salt mining town of Bad Reichenhall, which are worth a visit at any time of year.
