Our Cookery Courses
A four-course menu is cooked at each cooking course. The preparation runs from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Afterwards the participants enjoy together dinner with corresponding wines until about 9.30 pm.
Each cooking class ends with a convivial dinner around a long table.
